My name is Ivan, and I believe in using community-focused healthtech solutions to address gaps in our healthcare system, which create fatal health disparities in vulnerable communities.

I’m building Trans Health HQ, an end-to-end digital platform for trans health, starting with being every clinician's first choice in education and credentialing in gender-affirming care.

We’re about to release the largest resource hub on gender affirming care, for clinicians and the trans community.

I also teach a graduate seminar on the health of the trans and gender diverse population at Harvard University, and have shared my insights on trans health with over 30,000 people, including at the Harvard Convocation 2024 and Museum of Science.

Before this, I was a healthcare management consultant, the global head of diversity, equity, and inclusion at my firm, and an entrepreneur-in-residence at a venture studio in the Bay. I am a graduate of Harvard University and Columbia University, and split my time between Boston, New York and San Francisco.
